Colocation: With over 1,000 sites nationwide located in prime markets, we can deliver your required location when you need it. This lease option provides the customer with lease space on an existing tower. Here the customer is free to occupy any available space on their tower of choice and pays a fixed price rent lower than the initial anchor rent.
Build-to-Suit: If none of our existing towers fit your needs, we will access our extensive list of site options and build a tower to meet your specific needs.
Under this lease option, we will build towers within specified site rings within agreed time scales. The customer gets to occupy their preferred height on the tower and flexibility around the pricing structure.

Role of Helios Towers:
- Invest in construction of multi-operator tower site
- Lease out spaces at the site
- Provide security and operate site, notably power
- Maintain generators, batteries, rectifiers and environmental cooling
- Provide other services, e.g. installation
- Provide site security and 24 x 7 access
Role of wireless operator:
- Long-term lease for occupancy
- Maintain ownership of radio, antenna, transmission and switching equipment
